How EORwatch works
EORwatch is a community-driven intelligence platform. It exists to give everyone affected by the Employer of Record industry – employees, clients, subcontractors and suppliers – a place to share honest experiences and access independent information.
The community
At the heart of EORwatch is a Discourse-based community forum at eorwatch.org. It is free to join. You can read without registering – but to post reviews, share experiences, or participate in discussions, you need an account.
Provider intelligence
Every major EOR provider has its own dedicated section. Employees, clients, subcontractors and suppliers can post reviews, flag issues, and share experiences. No provider can buy their way to a better rating. No reviews are removed because a provider objects to them.
News and regulatory updates
The EOR industry operates across dozens of jurisdictions, each with its own employment law, payroll requirements and compliance obligations. EORwatch publishes independent news and regulatory updates covering the markets that matter to the industry.
Who is behind EORwatch
EORwatch was founded by Ingmar Booij, who spent more than thirty years in international employment and corporate services – including twenty years at TMF Group and the founding of GOT International, an EOR subcontractor that worked with most major EOR providers globally. EORwatch receives no funding from EOR providers and carries no sponsored content.
